Egg Nog and Hot Cocoa Pick-Up 2024

We are pleased to once again offer the Egg Nog and Hot Cocoa Pick-Up!

On Friday, December 27th, 2024 from 7:00pm to 9:00pm at Monarch Park Stadium, TUC will host two hours of pick-up for the Ultimate Community!

We will be playing 6v6, on 2 fields at Monarch Park Stadium. On one field we will offer a pick-up game for Rec/Intermediate level players and on the other field a game for Comp/Elite players!

To go along with the theme, participants are encouraged to bring both a yellow and brown shirt, and prepare to pledge allegiance to either Team Egg Nog or Team Hot Cocoa!

REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED. For each game, registration will be capped at 36 athletes, with 18 open-matching and 18 female-matching spots available.

This event is open to both TUC Members and Non-TUC Members.

Get ready for the 2025 Winter Indoor Ultimate season!

The 2025 Winter Indoor Season will start January 28th for Monarch Park Leagues and Programs; February 2nd for Lakeshore Collegiate Dome Leagues and Programs, and February 10th for our Lamport Leagues!

2025 Winter Indoor League and Programs Registration – Save the Date!

We are excited to announce that our Winter Indoor Season is just around the corner.

Save the Date and mark your calendars and prepare to secure your spot in the league or program of your choice as provided below are when TUC will open up registrations for our various program offerings.

Wednesday Parity League: Registration opens Monday, December 9th, at 10 AM. League and registration info can be found here!
All Other Adult Leagues and Programs: Registration begins Monday, December 16th, with specific times noted in the accompanying graphic.
Junior Programs: Registration opens Monday, December 16th, at 10 AM.

National Day of Truth and Reconciliation - 2024

Today, we honour the lost children and survivors of the resident school system their families and communities.

We acknowledge the loss, pain, and suffering that the residential school system and anti-indigenous racism have caused our communities, friends and neighbours.

We encourage our club members and allies to take the time to reflect, listen and learn. Learn about our nation's rich history and the diversity of our people and cultures, learn about the residential school system, and refer tot he National Centre for Truth and Reconciliation to understand how we, as individuals can work and contribute to fostering reconciliation and healing.

Lastly, we encourage you to check out the resources on the Government of Canada's National Day of Truth and Reconciliation Website, to learn about Orange Shirt Day, and to check out the broadcast of "Remembering The Children: National Day for Truth and Reconciliation" presented by APTN and the National Centre for Truth and Reconciliation.
