We’re back! TUC and BE Ultimate are pleased to announce that we will host the 18th annual Catch the Spirit Indoor High School Tournament on Monday, March 3rd, 2025, at Monarch Park Stadium! This exciting one-day event offers high school teams the chance to compete in a fun, fast-paced Ultimate tournament.

Registration Details

  • Registration opens on Thursday, February 6th, 2025, at 12:00 PM (noon). Spots are available on a first come, first served basis, and payment is required to confirm registration. Schools may register up to two teams on Thursday, February 6th, 2025.
  • We aim to have an on-site physiotherapist/first-aid person, and trophies/prizes will be awarded to both the Tournament champions and Spirit champions.

Tournament Format & Details

  • Date: Monday, March 3rd, 2025
  • Time: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Location: Monarch Park Stadium
  • Game Times: Between 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Format: 6-on-6 continuous play (speedpoint)

  • Gender Ratio: 3:3 (Male: Female)
  • Divisions: A Division & B Division (teams may be placed accordingly)
  • Games: Minimum 4 x 35-minute games (up to 5 games if capacity allows)
  • Cost: $225 per team
