Just a reminder that TUC is hosting a party at the Hard Rock Skydome (a.k.a Rogers Centre) which is open to all members from 9PM on. In celebration of our 25 years of disc play in TO and a successful 2005 season. This event will feature a production from VC Ultimate highlighting the championship game from the summer playoffs between UHUBUS and GUANXI the top Wednesday night teams. Airing of this will take place on the closed circuit television system at 9:30 PM. Free finger foods will be available throughout the evening.

Hard Rock Directions

TUC has acquired the skills of some local pros. YOUR INVITED to participate in a series of disc skills with some introductions to other disc sports throughout the month of November, at the Hangar. Prizes will be awarded during the introduction to other disc sports sessions, courtesy of our friends at Wham-o and Original Frisbee Disc. There's a CASH challenge for anyone who has the GUTS to catch a disc. Many people are interested in the game of GUTS which is featured as one of disc sports this Monday and Tuesday nights. Nows your chance to learn. It's cheap, it's easy and fun. All participants will receive a disc. What's to loose!

The winter season runs from Monday, January 9th until Thursday, April 20th. TUC is operating indoor on 3 nights.

Monday Recreational Men's & Women's League - from 9 to 12 PM
Tuesday Recreational Co-ed League - from 11 to 12 PM
Thursday Recreational Co-ed League - from 7 to 12 PM

The Thursday Co-ed League SOLD OUT as part of the fall indoor registration and the balance mid way through October. In response to this overwhelming demand, we've been able to acquire some more space at the Hangar to offer single gender leagues on Monday and more Co-ed for Tuesdays. Registration for the single gender leagues is already open. You can register as an individual, an individual suggesting a group of people you prefer to play with and or as a team. Registration for the Co-ed session on Tuesday night opened up on November 1st. Similarly as above you can register as an individual, an individual suggesting a group of people you prefer to play with and or as a team.
Even though some of these are late time slots we've tried to make it as attractive as possible through the price point, which is only $110 for a 15 week session as opposed to $175 for the sold out Thursday session. Remember these are also 60 minute games as opposed to 75 minute games on the Thursday.

Todate the Men's League is pushing 4 teams soon to be 5, the women's league currently stands at 3 teams with lots of interest and is soon to grow. The Tuesday night co-ed offering is steadily growing and should fill out at 6 teams. Registration ends December 31st, 2005. Hurry up and don't miss out yet again!
