2023-2024 Annual General Meeting
TUC will be hosting its General Meeting of the membership on Wednesday, September 25th, at 7 pm virtually via Google Meets.
In order to hold this meeting, we require a minimum of 0.5% of the current membership to attend in order to form a quorum. Without a quorum, we are unable to hold this meeting.
Registration will close 1 day ahead of the meeting date.
At the General Meeting, TUC will present operational reports from the Board of Directors and Executive Director; a financial update to the membership 2022 Audited Financial statements and 2023/2024 unaudited statements. We will also be holding elections for the Board of Directors. We are seeking any and all people with different areas of interest to continue to guide TUC as we continue to grow our community and sport!
A reminder that you must be a current TUC member with an Adult or Post-Secondary membership to attend and vote. Please also note that Intro members do not have voting rights at this meeting; however, you are more than welcome to attend.
